Caller ID says "Funding Dept."... woe is me... another scammer.

This number called our business at 1459 hrs today.  As others report, the caller ID shows it as "Funding Dept."  When I picked up the phone there was no response, no noise.  Nothing.  I held on for a couple moments but still nothing.  I put the receiver back, picked it up again, still had an open line.  It finally cleared.  Obviously another spammer/scammer using a robo-dialer.
