Scamming on craiglist renting out properties that are not his then trying to get you to send him money

Thank you so much, I saw the posting and figured it was too good to be true. He gave me his number asked me to contact him but i refused personal info! Thanks again.

He pirated our ad. We had the property for sale, but he changed the ad to rent to own with a rental price that is nearly 50% lower than going rates here. We have a For Sale sign in front with our number, and we have received more than 10 calls.

I can't stand it when these scam calls come from one called a lawyer. They are the worst. Gonna sue me the [***] Jennifer Herlihy says

I got one of those calls about 2 weeks ago. She's a nasty one. I told her to send me the subpoena and I will trash her in Court for what she is doing to me and others.
