Who called from 4692016025

I continue getting calls from this number.  I don't want credit cards nor do I have any that my interest rate needs to come down on.

Got a call from a "Credit Card Services" about lowering my rates.  Said they are from Bank of Amer.,  but I don't think they were, did not sound like BOA, and it was at 7:45 PM, If you know BOA they do not call.  It sounded like they were trying to sell something so I hung up.

Just received a call from FIA Card SVCS 469-201-6025.

CAller ID.  We never answer...

WE get 2 calls A DAY from various numbers.  all around the dinner hour.

very annoying  we are on the Nat.Do.Not.Call.List - but what a farce that is!

Where is National do not call list when you need them?  How come no bureaucrats have noticed this scam yet?

Calls my number every day at the same time - claiming to lower interest rates but this is a scam. Would love to block somehow.
