Be cautious... Richard Scott portrays himself as an attorney, but is not. We contacted our vendor and found they did NOT contract him to collect, so he is finding overdue accounts in researching through BNA records I think, but am not sure. He must be trying to "reverse-sell" his services. Deal directly with your vendor. He will also call as RCS Services and has a bank of phone numbers he calls from day and night. He is (as people note above) extremely rude and bullyish. That must work some of the time, but don't fall for it.

Richard J Scott called me screaming and yelling and threatening to sue me. He was attempting to collect funds on a contract that was cancelled several months ago.  Tried locating BNA Legal in BBB. Another company called Burt & Associates which is a collection agency.

I work for the company she's trying to slander. Here's the truth. This lady used her real first name at least. Her company breached a contract with our client for over $7,000 in cleaning services and wants to blame us because she is having financial problems. Suggestion, Setup an payment arrangement instead of resorting to internet slander. Here is her company's information.

History on 800notes.   A lot of calls from the 469 area code.  Extraordinarily rude representatives.  No one expects debt collectors to be angels,  but their representatives go way over the line.   Pretending to be attorneys, which is a crime in most states.  Appear to be some sort of employment referencing group,  as well as a third party debt collection agency.  They may engage in other services.  Not clear.  Good place to stay away from, you ask me.
