Called my number twice and left a message: in order to speak to a representative and see how much of a reduction you qualify for dial 1 or dial 9 to be removed from all future announcements. When I call the above listed number a male voice answered. I asked him what company he was representing and he said it was Allstate Uplifting. I asked him what that was about and he said you don't know? I said no I didn't know what the company was about. He asked if I had any idea and I said no that was why I was calling. He said, "it is obvious you don't" and he hung up on me. The phone operator than came on and said "this call has been terminated." I called the Allstate company and they said that they had never heard and did not have any type of program called Allstate Uplifting.
This company calls saying that they can save money on my auto insurance. They seem to have all of my personal information including what insurance company I do business with, my vehicle type and vin number, my name, my address, my drivers license number, etc. It's very disturbing. I've spoken to 3 people there. Anytime I ask to speak with their supervisor they insist that they are the supervisor. However, one guy identified himself as Matt, but two sentences later identified himself as Mark. When I asked for his supervisor he aggressively replied "You don't need to know that!" Then he got belligerent and hung up on me. Supervisor Margie accused me of screaming at her which I did not do. Matt/Mark also tried to tell me that he was calling on behalf of Allstate and Nationwide.
