This is a debt collector, when I answered it was a recording telling me to stay on the line for an important message. They have been calling me 3 times a day, and sometimes as late as 10:00pm. Really annoying, I'm going to block them!
All I know is I get at least three calls from this number every day, at all times! Today for the first time, I picked up and was hung up on (perhaps because I started off by saying, "If you call this number again...."
