I tried calling it back this time and got "you have reached a non working number".  This was 10 minutes after it called me.  I hate these people.

Strange call.... I didn't hear her name but she mentioned something about saving on my auto insurance payments. She wouldn't answer when I asked her what company she was calling from. I hung up.....

Scammers. They kept calling asking me to pay a medical bill which I don't know or heard about.

Called and left message on my voice mail. Said it was a law office of Robinson and associates telling me to call them to take care of a legal matter.
