Same happened to us. Returned from a camping trip to a message with this number saying it was a final notice from the IRS for a lawsuit. When was the last time the IRS made a call like that without a certified letter to your home? Knew right from the start is was a fake.
call from "... revenue services" saying that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me, and I need to call the number given. Whole message is in rough female mechanical voice.
Filed complaint with FTC & my state consumer protection agency.

469-212-8030 left a message on my machine telling me they were the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit against me. I pay my taxes so this is a scam. file a report with feds and irs for impersonation so that this person can be sent to jail for trying to scam people out of their money!!!
