Somebody from this number has called my business line everyday for the past week. They just hang up before it goes to voicemail. I put my number on that national do not call list a couple of months ago. That didn't work, apparently.
Yes, they probably think that you can't report their abuses because they have blocked the callbacks. So, these sickos think they can pile more abuses on top the abuses they'be already done. These types always get caught eventually.
