Who called from 4692390212

I got two calls from this number. I do not know who it is but something was eerie about the call.

I had a missed call from this number and called it back and it just played rave music for a good 4 mins lol wthhhhh

Answered and they hung up right after I side "Hello".

I answered and the clown on the other end speaking on a speaker phone wanted me to change car insurance.  What an idiot!

I got a call from this number at 6:30 am!! Woke me up. I didnt answer, but I should have blasted away whomever it was! Must be a solicitor because they didn't leave a voicemail.
