Guy was so fast-talking I could hardly understand him.
He identified himself as Spec? (maybe) and asked who handles our business phone.
I asked him if he had a name, and he HUFFED at me, and said, "No...I was just a manager"
I told him that without a name I couldn't transfer him, but he cut me off and hung up before I got to give him the email address we give to cold callers.
Edit - he called another line with far less attitude, the company name popped up on CID this time as SPECTRUM (VOIP)

Nuisance caller. Telemarketer asked to speak to the person who handles the phone service. The connection was not good, when I asked him to clarify his name and company he did, but when I asked again because it sounded like he had said, "My name is Chris and I'm speckled," he hung up.
