This is Portfolio Recovery, collections company. I received call on Friday, April 10. They knew my name and said Dr. ??? reported me late on payments for office procedures not covered by insurance. I never heard of the doctor, told them so, and further said I haven't seen ANY doctor in close to 25 years. I hung up and strongly told them not to call back.
this # called today left no message. I hve gotten lots of call from this company from many #'s over the past year. I think that the person who had my phone # before me might owe someone $. I just check the # here and block.
Call from Portfolio Recovery. This is one of those scum-bag collection agencies that harasses people and who repeatedly breaks the law. In my case the debt was settled over 15 years ago yet Portfolio Recovery is still harassing me and they've ignored repeatedly that I told them to never call again.
