Foreign scammers call at 4am to sell sleeping pills. I would strongly suggest either turning the ringer off at night, or getting a call blocking device for land line, app for cell phone. Then you can go back to dreaming about deflated footballs.
telemarketer. Calls me at 6:40am on a Wednesday. Fun tip, if you ever get a telemarketer call dial 9 while it's talking and it will put you on the do not call list.
Got this robo call on March 26, 2015. I get these money making scheme recorded messages on my cell phone almost daily does no good to block them because they just change the number and keep calling. They never say who they are.
