They keep calling, I tell them no to call any more and am not the person they are looking for, then they want my name and social security number. They are into some kind of fraudulent business.
Check statues of limitations in your state. Most credit card debt goes stale after two years. Morally you may be obligated. But, not legally. Tell them to look up "Time barred debts". Debt will fall off my report in two months. I smell desperation!
Put them on your block list.
