An attorneys office called my cell phone state that they were going to have some one come by my home on 6/22/16 between 8-5 to deliver a summons to appear in court. I asked who it was for she said she could not tell me, I would need to call the attorneys office and was going to give me a number... I hung up the phone. So they tried my home phone I did not answer it and they did not leave a message.
they call me and said i had a summons to appear in court and they were sending it e-mail and i had to sign for it , (me?) ask what court is if from, (them) i cant tell you that unless you sign for the summons, (me) well then contact my local sheriffs office and have them bring it to me, I DO NOT TAKE LEGAL DOCUMENT VIA EMAIL, (them) it not a summons for a crime so we can do this via email (me) LMAO no bring it to me if you know were i live good by hung up
Just got a call from these people, stating that a summons would be delivered to me tomorrow. Funny thing is they said that when they called 2 weeks ago. Reporting to FTC and moving on. BTW, they claimed they were with Lyons Law Firm.
I received a called from this number on 8/3/16. Female stated I was going to be summons because someone was taking me to court. She gave me the number 18557767025 along with a case number starting with the letters SF. I called this number and supposedly it was the number to Alliance Legal Group and I was told I was being sued for a payday loan (Ace Payday Loans) that I supposedly got in 2012 and I did not pay it back. As of 8/3 I owed a thousand and something dollars but I was told by the guy on the phone a Keith Johnson that if I paid four hundred and something dollars on that day all this would go away. If not i would be summons on 8/5 between the hours of 9am and 3pm. After asking him some questions I found out that the information that he had on me was not current information other than my driver's license number. I talked to him twice and the second time I talked to him he did not give me the same information. I asked for his address and he gave me an address. I told him that I was going to have my lawyer look into this because I did not take out a loan in 2012 from a Payday Loan Company and after that he hung up! I Googled the address that he gave me which was suppose to be the address of the Alliance Legal Group and but address was to a coffee shop in New York! Someone from the 14692500754 reached out to me again on today and when they asked for me I told them "she is not available would you like to leave a message" they just hung up.
