Do not answer unknown calls and do not call them back. Consider getting a call blocking device (or app for your cell phone)-they're available online and start around $45. http://800notes.com/nb/search?q=call+blockers
Appreciate all the other posts here. I just got a call from that same number, did not answer, and have now added it to my Reject list. When will companies realize that cell phone users don't answer calls not already identified in their directory? If they think that by leaving a message they lose contacts, they are so sorely mistaken! If we don't want to return their call, the answer is, "No!" No means No! Move on to the next person and quit spending the robo-dialing budget on those of us who don't want the contact. (OK, that was for legitimate businesses. I suspect these insistently repetitive kinds of calls are ID thieves.)
Called 9/15/2016 at 3:15PM CST. Pre-recording stated that I am eligible for some kind of loan, it's a scam. The options at the end say "press 2 to be removed from our call list," so I pressed 2 and the call hung up. I'm hoping it actually removes me from their list.
