Debt collection National credit adjusters, they threaten with court, jail, freeze bank accounts all they can come up with to get you to pay. Have asked few times for proper paperwork to be mail and they refuse. Im my opinion if you and debt are legit you will mail the paperwork showing proof so they can collect the money.
Have called my phone a dozen times this week saying they have court documents to deliver to me. I too asked for the paperwork and even told them when I would be home to deliver said paperwork and nothing ever shows up.
