Transferred me to an operator who told me he was a telemarketer but not trying to sell me anything...just provide me with information. Then I asked what his phone number was since another number had called me and he hesitated before offering '234-1019' as his number. I asked what area code and he replied 'why would you want that?' to which I said 'well, you said you were calling to provide me with information so why wouldn't you want to give me the phone number of the company you are representing?' and he hung up. It then took several minutes on the line until the actual number calling me announced "you have been kicked from this conference call." Called 469-270-9031 and got a recorded message that did not identify itself. Conclusion: TOTAL SCAM!
