I have found that these odd CIDs are related to the all-encompassing "Vexaros" that so many spam callers use as their default CID.  From what I have read, Vexaros (sp?  can't remember) is the default ID for many MagicJack users - of which more and more are overseas scam operators.

Caller id was Quick Capital.  This time the call was blocked by the roboguy.

This woman, identifying herself as Elizabeth Moore,  has been calling us several times a week for almost a year.  She has been informed that we refuse to do business with anyone who cold calls and asked not to call again. Unfortunately, she keeps calling.

This people are crooks and criminals ,

Asked for business owner. Wouldn't tell me who she was with. Hung up and blocked.
