New scam. Got a voicemail on my cell phone. The message started with "filing lawsuit against you..." and to call back the number 469-277-6940. I called the number out of curiosity and got a busy signal and then on the second try "your call cannot be completed as dialed" message.
A friend received a robo-call from this number claiming that the IRS is "filing lawsuit against you". It then instructs the recipient to call the number back immediately. No other information is provided to the recipient. I've searched this number have not found any other reports, so this may be a new scam attempt.
