Automated voice claiming to be IRS announcing a lawsuit and arrest warrant. Does not name or  directly address the one called. Just instructs to call the number in question and ends call with a "Thank you."

This just happened to my mom in kentucky

This number just called my mother claiming to be irs and they had a warrant out for her arrest.

Three times today this number called. Each time was the same automated message. Instant hang up.
