TXU overcharged me by changing my plan to a higher priced one, and I have documentation supporting my claim. I have since moved, and my final bill for a half month of service is outstanding. If this is TXU, I don't know why they're calling me. I don't even have an account with them. They've called me six times in the last two days but never leave a message!
Call TXU at the number listed in your telephone book, not this number. Ask them if they have been trying to reach you.
I have 2 possible explanations for your calls:
1) Someone pretending to be TXU is trying to scare you into paying a bill you don't owe.
OR
2) Someone opened a TXU account using your name and phone number.
If its the 1st TXU probably already knows about it and can confirm it. If its the 2nd TXU can confirm that the service address is not where you are and can go after the person there.
