Our phones do not ring when these CRIMINALS call - not even once.

Called our office, but hung up before navigating our IVR. Caller ID listed the number and "Irving TX".

Pressed 1 to speak to a live agent as the recording indicated.

That transferred me to another queue where I waited about 30 seconds. A womand picked up and said her name and asked how my day was going.

I asked what the call was in reference to but she hung-up upon hearing my question.
