Who called from 4692875611

This number has been calling my cell phone 6-7 times a day, every day, Monday through Saturday, from around 8 am till almost 9 pm. ~Harassment is so Nasty... especially when they leave no name or message and just keep calling and calling. My phone blocks all calls coming into my cellphone if you are not on my phone contact list, I do not answer or take calls from numbers I do not know, and when you do not leave a message as to why you are calling you are wasting your time. (Just saying!)

Was it about electric bill savings????

At least once a day I get a call from this number. No message. When I answer, they hang up.
