This number texted me but advised he cannot call because he is at work. Wants to buy a high priced item from Craigslist He is willing to give me full price for my item without seeing it. I believe this number is a scam number trying to get merchandise from Craigslist then cancelling the payment. Beware. I am not selling him anything.
The exact same thing just happened to me. Asked me for a paypal email and everything. I called his bluff when he mentioned pickup, then in the following text talked about calculating shipping. As soon as I I said I would report this number and said it was a scam, the texts stopped. Do not respond to this number spammer and scammer. Keep your guard up Craig's List shoppers
I just got texted from this number too about my high priced item on craigslist. Glad i looked up the number. I will not be selling to him. Wanted to send a check without even coming to look at it
