This is a "foreign speaking" boiler room calling for a woman whom I've never heard of. I couldn't understand the caller due to his lack of English speaking skills. He did understand me when I told him that I was given this "first time issued" telephone number in 1967, and whomever he's looking for has never been associated with this number. Blocking his number now as I'll never be interested in listening to his incompetent speaking skills again.
