Several calls with no message left. Then I just hung up from "Wlliams" with Civil Procedures Division Message Service Center telling me there were legal papers that someone had tried to serve multiple times without success and would be serving them tomorrow between 9 and 4. I could not guarantee that i would be home and further more would not "schedule an appoinmtent" for serving of documents. I added that with all of the scams it is my responsibility to be diligent about this type of thing. He hung up on me.
She called with the same story with me, and got mad when I started laughing. They need a new story because I have heard this same one from so many callers, that I am not buying it anymore. I would have a revolving door at my house if all of the scammer that have called and threatened me actually showed up. Supposedly, they will be at my home address sometime between 9 and 4. It really bothers me that some people fall for this, and pay the scammers.

Just received same phone call said same crap and that's all it is crap because I've been served before and they don't call first they are just trying to scare you into paying a debt that usually doesn't exist DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO they are scammers!!!
