Who called from 4693191118

I got a bunch of static like noise and then the call disconnected after 6 seconds

My caller ID said: SRVC CALL
answered phone, said hello and there was nothing, after 6 sec. the call was discontinued.

Received a call and let it go to voice mail.  The person/computer acts like they can't hear and then starts trying to sell you on a job to make a lot of money.  I get these annoying random calls from different numbers so it's even hard to block them.  This week alone I got 2 from a 469 area code.

I received back to back calls from this number and my caller ID said it was security global I don't have my answering machine on nor did I answer it
