Who called from 4693243401

This is one of a number of lines connecting to CCA - a collection company. The third time they called (and the third time I asked them to take my number off the list as the person they were calling for no longer had that number) I spoke with David, who refused to give me an employee number or other identification other than he was the only David at that number with CCA.

469-324-3401 calls everyday, morning, mid-day and evening. They have been constantly calling for months about a debt I do not owe. I went so far as trying to speak with one neanderthal who kept repeating that my credit was already hit, pay the money in full now.  My minor son picked up the phone to be threatened by one caller.

. As I asked the lady whom I spoke with what does CCA stand for? Guessing the C and A stands for collection agency. She was all like "something like that it's the name of the company." Mocking me by the way I said it. When the actual company name is GLOBAL CROSSING LOCAL SERVICES. How hard was it for her to tell me that?
So yeah, they are pretty rude.

they called with a guy's recorded voice saying that "it's important that we speak to you, please stay on the line while i connect you to a representative..." i waited about 20 seconds, and all of a sudden it was that "beep, beep, beep..." like i was hung up on...strange...it's not the first time i get this call

This # shows up and a guy keeps leaving messages to call back. He won't say who he's calling for or what CCA stands for. If he can't even say who he's trying to reach, how would he really expect anyone to call back. I think It's as crooked as it gets. I'll never calll anyone I don't know back, especially if they're acting as shady as this.
