i didn't answer but let the call go to my google voice account. apparently, it's a scumbag telemarketer with a recorded message. this is what google voice transcribed:

Sounded to me like the guy was drunk, when I played back the voice mail. My call did not mention Joseph Fitgerald and I got a press 1 for more details. This came to my cell phone number. Guess I will have to update my do not call list again.
Just got a call from this number which I immediately researched on 800notes.com. Added it to my DO NOT ANSWER list that I'm keeping open on my desktop all day every day so I can recognize the number, pick up the phone, punch my 'Talk' button and hang up.
Recorded message began a pitch offering financial help - didn't hear more than a few words before I put the phone back in its cradle.
