Tim be careful I got a call from these same people and the account they called me about turned out to be a legitimate account I had a few years ago and I thought they were a scam also but my Husbands wages are being garnished 30% and they also got a judgment against us and now have a lien on my House
You shills are so stupid it isn't even funny. You see the legal limit on wage garnishment is 25% of disposable wages. Now this can only be accomplished when you are properly served, go to court, lose your case, and the judge signs an order. So since you indicated that happened, why not give us the legal name and address of the debt collector you claimed sued you as well as their attorney's name and BAR number. It is right there at the top of the court papers. You won't of course, but you could always surprise me. But just so you know if you fail to do that it will be proof that you are being a whole lot less that truthful.
Thanks for your post. Perhaps you can help me. Since there is a judgement, perhaps you can post the name and address of the plaintiff? You should have no problem finding that information, it would be on the correspondence you received from the court. Posting their information, would not not violate your privacy. would please do that for me?
