THey called 3 times today. Called from 469-329-1065 Melissa Reagan. 2nd one i answered and shes snarky. Saying they dont need to give any information that they already have our info, ss# and DL# to forward to our county. They said they dont even have info when talking to anyone and has to be transferred to someone else. Odd that they used both of my hubby and my name in it. Everything I read online felt like a scam and Im sure they are making stuff up in order to get info. Hung up and they called back not even a minute later. You could hear it was a call center of some sorts as it was noisy in the background. Probably just another scam trying to freak people out into paying on. We havent received any info in the mail and not going to be taken on a phone call.
Got a call today from 817 945-9269 the man left message said his name was Darren Smith and gave a claim number. Said it was associated with my ssn# I called back but blocked my number and the woman was snarky asked my name and I said i will give you a claim number. She said maam i have your name on the caller id even if you blocked it. Then I said I dont need to give it to you if you already have it. She blew up and said have a nice day. Then they turned around and called me on 469-329-1065 and left a message it was that Melissa Reagan. She said the paper work should have been completed yesterday but I have until 5pm today to handle this issue.
