We got similar calls from this number. No VMs left and even what seemed like a hang-up. I called BoA's main number 1-800-432-1000 and a rep informed me that it's a marketing effort for loans. The rep suggested they were using an auto-dialer that was looking for a live response which would explain no VM being left. If it doesn't get the live response in a certain amount of time it probably just hangs up and moves on to the next number in their database.
