Callers from 469-342-0286 call upwards of 10 times daily. They do not leave a message. When we answer, they ask for someone that we neither know, nor have any relation to us or our phone. We have told them that. They won't identify themselves. They ask if we've ever been "name of person they are calling for" ... what kind of crazy stuff is this? They have been told to stop calling and to take us off their list. Still they call. Why is this allowed?
