Called my cell.  The woman on the phone asked for me by name.  She said she was with Keller Williams Realty and asked how I was doing.  I told her I would be better if they knew what the do not call list was.,  She apologized and said she'd remove my number.  I told her I would report her.
I turned off my caller ID and called the number.  I got voice mail for Keller Williams, but was not able to leave a message (box was full?).
