Got a call from a rude guy who said, "Lemme talk to the person who handles you phone and internet accounts."

I asked if he was a vendor and he said "Yes."  When I said "What is your vendor ID number" there was dead silence on the other end of the line.

This number has called three times today and says nothing!

They called as unlisted number and says nothing they call here several times everyday I not going to answer unlisted calls
