Burt and associates are fools! Paul Chance and Jeff Scout calls my company talks with my employees about my financial matters then they ask my employee if they should sue me. They have not one clue on how to conduct themselves in a professional matter. These are uneducated individual. I will not pay them a cent!

You need to write a letter reguarding all the complaints with dates and times. Then file complaints with the Attorney Generals Office in the state where the business is located. You will need the letter with all three to explain your problem. It is easier then writting it over and over. Also the Better Business Burea and the Federal Trade Commision. There are laws reguarding how many times a day they can call etc... Also send them a Vert. letter telling them to stop calling you. Tell them you want a copy of the original bill and every correspondance in writting. That is your right. Hope it helps
Burt & Associate are debt collectors. Debt collectors victimize people. That’s how they get paid and that’s how they get their joy in life. They are in the same class as rapists and child molesters. They all victimize others. Let me suggest a strategy.
1. Don't answer any calls if you do not recognize the incoming phone number.
2. People you care about will leave a message. You can return the calls.
3. When vermin leave a message, you can delete the message.
4. Do not, at any point, enter into a conversation with a debt collector. If you speak with them, they have won. Their tactic is to engage in a conversation with you.
5. Don't waste time filing a harassment complaint. If complaints were effective, they would have stopped these practices. The truth is that the money is too good, and their tactics work enough times, that you cannot stop them. Simply enjoy thwarting them by not answering their calls. It drives them insane.
6. If you have a beef with one particular low life at a debt collection agency because they have been particularly nasty, and you want to get back at them; then, you must definitely not answer their calls. You see, it works like any other business. The boss is yelling at the collector to get the money. If you don't answer his calls, the collector won't be able to report any progress. The boss continues to scream at the collector. The collector is miserable. He hates his life. You have won. Enjoy your victory.

These people are complete morons!! I have figured out what the issue is. These are all just guys who were picked on in school, abused or sexually molested by men. They need to feel like they are big men because they are really just B**tches that hide behind a phone. They can't even give you a real name. Jack Stemmons and Roger Stovall. These aren't real people. They might as well say they are Seymore Butts or Oliver Close off. They are some wimp [***] guys that don't get laid. Mr Stemmons, lol, this guy is a hoot!!
