This was Robin in Dr Hennigan's office in Rockwall TX.
It's INFURIATING that this number rejects all incoming calls and the only way I figured it out is she left a message and it was the same number in the envelope information.... they need to outlaw this crap. At least have a message that says who it is and the appropriate number to call.
It was a legitimate call for a legitimate reason but I don't like anyone calling my phone and when I attempt to call back I have to try to figure out who they are and why the number won't connect..... it's simply annoying, especially when I have all kinds of morons calling me for all kinds on BS. Actually today I was expecting another legitimate call from a business acquaintance from an unfamiliar (to me) number on an important matter..... thus the reason I spent time and effort wondering who the heck called me.
Doctor Hennigan, thank you so much for wasting 20 minutes of my time and causing me undue stress, I'll do my best to return the favor.
I should point out that this site needs more choices as to "call type" as this was definitely a wanted call for personal business, it just wasn't from a number I had for the office.
I submit there needs to be a blank you can fill in or various categories for legitimate, although unfamiliar, numbers.
I got two calls in a row from the same woman's voice a few minutes apart using different numbers. The one from this number said THGTEXASRHEU. I assume it was Dr Hennigan since I had been there the day before. Why they used the earlier number of 469-402-0069 labeled unknown caller, I don't know.
