It isn't going to stop. Phone companies are making too much $$$$ off selling your information to these a$$e$. Government doesn't give a rat'$ a$$ because they generate tax revenue from the behavior.

Sorry, but I've been jaded by promises never kept and by the entire political process. Our country is going to Hell in a hand-basket and we're powerless to stop it.
