Another scam or probably the same long running scam that tries to scare people into paying money on debt they don't owe. These people just won't quit. I'm getting real sick of these calls please what ever you do DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS ANY MONEY. If you think you owe a debt call the company you owe it to before you hand over any money. Research on the internet and most important..You are entitled to a letter advising you of the debt the company you owe the debt to and how much you owe under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act so ask the for a debt validation letter be mailed to you I bet they hang up. If they say they don't have to send you one then YOU hang up.
Called at 9:02am on 1-20-17. Left no message. I never answer if I don't recognize number. On Do Not Call list but get inappropriate calls all the time.
This is a scam call from this number. I have received several of these calls. This time it was Nathan from ICS Capital. I have never heard of this and do not understand why i am getting these calls from these people who i can bearly understand.
I just received a call from this number and spoke with some foreign guy who I could barely understand. I did understand that he was calling about a debt of over $700 that I owed to a credit card company that I paid off over 7 years ago. I truly believe that this is a scam call. I told him that I would call the card company on my own to see if I do indeed owe this. I'm not giving any money to Mohamed or whatever his name was until I know for sure if it is legit. A phone rang in the background and I have never heard a ringtone like it, which leads me to believe that the # is a spoof # and they are calling from overseas. Bunch of jerks!
There is long delay from the time you answer to the time they say anything. From background, it's obviously a call-center. I immediately hang-up then block these numbers.
