I received a call from this number. However the woman that left the message was very vague. She left her name and number but didn't leave any information about what the call was pertaining to.
THis is a medical bill processing company, typically their calls are because there is a problem with billing, not neccessarily to collect but to handle billing issues, like questionable reputable companies like United healthcare who doesnt want to pay the entire amount they are responsible for, hoping you have other insurance to carry their burdon and they will typically put a hold on payment to the hospital like, north hills in NRH, and then you simply have to call your insurance and notify them whether or not you have more insurance. Nothing to worry about, unless your a deadbeat and paranoid.

The lady left a detailed message stating it was pre-registration for N. Richland Hills Hospital. I had some injections in my back May 16th and she called on May 12th, wanted me to call back so she could give me pre-op instructions such as 'don't drink a bottle of tequila the night before procedure nor the morning of.'
Where's the fun in that?!
