Received call from this number 5/24/17 at noon. Stated from IRS. Government needs to find out about these scams and post the information what, if anything, is being done to protect us citizens.
Maybe require cell phone providers to give more tools to block phone calls from coming through at all unless it meets criteria I have some control over. Do not disturb allows voicemail s to be left so they know a working number has been reached.

They will not stop. Callers are hard core Indian and Pakistani scammer/extortionists and they ignore all US laws. Invest in a
call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.
Government is working on this problem. But, since the scammers are located in another country, there's little, at this point that the US can do about it. Local governments do little. Invest in a call blocker.
