Same people called me and stayed on the open line until I hung up. Normally when they hang on an open line that means that another call is being placed and billed to your line. Check your phone bills to make sure your line isn't being piggybacked. They called at 11:18 my time.
My 214 area code number was called at 11:15am on April 12, 2013.
I answered and spoke my name. I thought I heard the word "Why" and then it disconnected. The calling number, at least at one time, was registered to a T-Mobile cell phone account.
I called the number back, it rang a while. I finally got the message "Please call us at our main number" and then a system message stated that the mailbox was full.
This person/machine calls often, usually in the mornings, and just sits on the open line. It makes me feel better it's not some psycho from real life, but just a random idiot who calls many of us. I might grab my daughter's airhorn and start blasting it when this number calls.
We're unlisted for a reason and this is irritating.
Received a call from this number and it was a male. He asked for someone named Fran. I said she isn't here right now can I take a message? Then I heard a click. They could be checking out who is home to rob us. Who knows what they are up to! IM going to report their number to the National do not call registry! I am really sick of those people trying to call here every day.
