I received a call and the number that pops up is (213) 456-7890. I spoke to a person named Garrick and he stated that his call back number is (469) 444-0081. I thought it was a bit fishy, so I asked the name on record, they did give me mine and my correct phone number, but the street address they had was one that i hadn't lived at for 2 years and also they said FL and I am in CA. He quickly said oh it must be the wrong person and hung up before I could ask any more questions. I called the 213 number back but it just says cannot be completed as dialed and the 469 number is just a busy signal!!
I am trying to get a loan and a company called Lendup so they say they are would loan me 2000 if i send them 259 dollars for insurance. I believe this is a SCAM! These ppl have ALL my Information. Good thing I caught this in time! Phone # that contacted me (469)444-0056 FRAUD, Do not do it!
I had tried to apply for a loan with the real company Lendup..but they aren't licenced in my state...lo and behold this morning someone calls stating they are from Lend up and that I am approved for a loan, knowing that they don't operate here I called them out on everything they said and would not verify anything important.These people pretending to be a company they are not is disgusting..
I emailed the real company and was told I should report them...people please be careful
