It is a scam. Originates in either India or Pakistan. There is no loan, they want upfront fees and then they disappear. Upfront fees for loans are illegal in almost all US states.
One of our young employees was contacted by this phone number wiith a "to good to be true" loan deal that turned out to be just that. He was told to purchase a Walgreens gift card and call the Walgreens card numbers in to them at this number
469-444-0095. The person "assisting" him called himself Keith Richards. He was then givin a debit card which was supposed to have his loan amount on it. Needless to say the card has $0 and the employee can not reach Keith Richards.
I tried contacting the number, they at first thought I was inquiring about a loan and were very interested in speaking with me. Whein I said I was calling regarding our employee they place me on hold. a.k.a., hung up on me and our company phone number is blocked from reaching this number. When I tried on a company cell phone the call went through but I did not proceed.
You may want your employee to read this:
"It is illegal for companies doing business by phone in the U.S. to promise you a loan or credit card and ask you to pay for it before they deliver."

Recognize that NO legitimate company is going to offer you a loan, without their doing some background / credit checks on you, and they WILL generally need a snailmailed, signed contract.
If you or a friend fell for the scam, please try to educate your other friends. The only way to stop these scams is to cut off their source of money!

this number called me. told me i was approved for a 1000 dollar loan. told me to go to walmart, show my id get a moneygram for 183 to prove i can make payments. he then told me that when he recieves the 183 the 1183 would be deposited into my account. i have been scammed 3 times this month 420 the first time 120 the second time and 190 the 3rd time. i am calling walmart to see if this is legit. im not gonna do it but i am turning them into authorities.i think its a scamm. i enjoy wasting their time now keeping me on the phone for about an hour. haha.then when they call me back i will tell them to lose my number. the one that called me is jack smih. beware of any person that has an india accent. they are scam artists. they come to our country and steal from us. they all need to go back to india. we allow them into our country and they abuse us by scamming.
