You have also failed the "Reading is Fundamental" course as well. At least two poster indicated that they do not owe money, in fact, the one call was to an 80 year old woman who lived up the street from someplace they were trying to get a hold of and they asked her to walk down there and give them a message. Clear, clear violation of the law.
