This person is stating they are Ms. Simm or Samm and they stated they are their own boss. It appears to be some type of bill collector harassing family members. These people will go to great lengths to scare you. This woman told me that the person they were looking for had a court date and missed it and if they didn't call back a warrant would be issued. Please file a complaint if you get this harrassing phone call as I will be filing a complaint myself.
Yes they really are collections! They will go through any lengths. They will even contact your neighbors pretending it is so urgent they contact you. I'm filing a complaint and I would suggest you do the same.
This is the same # that contacted me and stating her name is inspector Sims. This CRS Associates company is threating to freeze my bank acct and saying its has a judgement against me, when I am currently unemployed and have two children to take care of. They have also, called harassing all my family members with threats involving me. I have contacted a lawyer and am planning to file a lawsuit against them.
