I was called last month, I was told I took out a loan when I know I didn't. Plus I called my bank and they said nothing went to my account. They even had all of my information.... He said that if I didn't call him back serious things would happen
Got a call from this number from a guy with a thick accent who said that I had taken out a loan with a company and did not pay back. NOT TRUE! He said that I was being sued. I advised him that he cannot sue me from out of state, that the suit must be filed in the county in which I reside, and he could not call me regarding a pending suit without my attorney being present. I told him to take his bullsh!t [***] lie somewhere else, that my rights allow me to tell him to never call me again and if his @ss calls me again, I will press charges against him for harrassment. I told him the conversation is being recorded and I dared him to call me again. He hasn't. Yet.
i received many threatening calls last week form a guy with a foreing language barier. He told me he was Officer Anthony. He called me from two different number: 469-453-8212 and also 503-468-5025. He claimed I owed 350. I told him I had no recollection of owing any money but he insisted and said how would they have all my information and they would be able to prove it in a court of law. Since I did not know for sure since I had taken out loans in the past and may not have remembered I agreed to pay him $100 on it until I could investigate it further. He tried to run my Green Dot card but was denied because it was out of state. He was able to talke me into giving my usbands account number (with his approval of course) and was able to withdraw $100 from that. I told him he absolutely could not withdraw any extra from the prior card I had given as well as the one he was using. That was on a Thursday. Come monday morning they had taken an additional $100 from my account as well as disconnected their phone line in the 469 area. I am so heated. They used two different names company names to extract money from me: OPGL DCLS SUITE 501 ST JAMES COURP MU and SEK Financial.
I have had this same thing happen to me except when I agreed on four $200.00 payments and one $120.00 (just this past pay day), they took $200.00. This has been going on for awhile. As of now, I keep receiving phone calls about owing another loan and I will be sued if I do not pay.
Officer Bruno Murray called my place of employment and my cell phone 5 times this morning. He claimed I had a loan out that I was not making payments on which I know is false and inaccurate. Do not believe their lies! This is a fraudulent claim! I asked for his license/badge number since he claimed to be an Officer and he said it was 790. I placed a call to Texas's Secretary of State only to find out they have never heard of a Financial Law Enforcement Department. I left a message with an attorney their to investigate this person and you should do the same! Do not fall victim to this fraud!
