They called asking for my husband who has been in prison for over 10yrs. Stating that someone used him as a reference. The lady was rude. CA being the sue capitol, harassment charges are in order.
caller would not give out info on who they were just said that they were trying to get a reference for someone that we did not know. They were very rude when we tried to find out who they were.
This company is awful!!! I spoke to Linda who was EXTREMELY RUDE! The company is CRS & Associates, they are a collection agency for Capital One bank. As soon as I advised Linda that the client had retained counsel she became eveN MORE RUDE if thats possible. She talked over me, would not let me ask any questions and THEN HUNG UP ON ME! I called back to ask for a mailing address and she proceeded to ask me "did I not just give you the fax number"? She then repeated herself, would not let me get a word in and then hung up.
This is all after Linda had called our client, threatened her with empty threats and lies of court!
So glad I saw this posting!! These people have been bothering my elderly parents trying to locate me. Does anyone know if I can do a cease and desist to them?
