I'm assuming this is the same collection agency as the one with the number 469-453-8451 as that number also calls and after reading the report of another person writing about that number, I decided to report this one as they are trying to pull illegal tactics similar to the other report. Called and said there was a complaint filed against me, that they had my social security number and name, gave the last 4 digits, then proceeded to provide me with a 'case' number. Funny but since I live in FLORIDA the only case number I would have from a court would be a suit filed with a lawyer in FLORIDA not Texas. These idiot collection agencies think we are morons...they will do anything and everything to collect funds that were never really owed to begin with. I suppose they think if they start in on me with a new number I won't know who it is. The joke is on them. I only respond to COURT cases served on me by a court server or police officer, served to me directly on my property in a true LEGAL manner...but oh, that would cost them time and money and the court might actually disqualify some of their usuary fees and 'interest'.
